The rent guarantee is a fixed amount set below your market rent before you sign, not your full rent. It applies from day 66 (you carry the first 65 cumulative vacant days in the calendar year), up to 300 days a year. Not every flat qualifies.
No setup fees, no renewals, no “misc. charges.” Repairs are always at the technician's own price, coordinated by us with no markup. Minimum term 9 months, then 3 months' written notice from either side.
